Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health Informatics

Program Overview

This program is dedicated to producing inquisitive graduates capable of integrating Veterinary Epidemiology with Public Health Informatics. We focus on developing expertise to address animal health challenges and creating high-impact research that enhances disease control, prevention strategies, and planning, specifically tailored to local and regional contexts.

Program Objectives

  1. Expert Development: To build specialists in veterinary epidemiology capable of planning and solving critical epidemic challenges within the country and the region.
  2. Data Infrastructure: To develop professionals proficient in designing and managing databases for epidemiological analysis to benefit organizational decision-making.
  3. Research & Innovation: To advance research and innovation in veterinary epidemiology that delivers practical solutions aligned with national needs and circumstances.

Admission Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Veterinary Medicine, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • General Qualifications:
    • Must possess good conduct with no record of serious misconduct.
    • Must not have any mental health conditions or infectious diseases that impede the course of study.
    • Must not have been previously dismissed from any educational institution due to disciplinary action.
    • Must comply with all other university regulations.
