About the Hospital
With the graciousness of His Majesty the King in entrusting the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University to care for the royal dogs at Klai Kangwon Palace in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province since 1998, a dedicated initiative was formed. To ensure the most efficient care for the royal dogs and to provide substantial benefits to pet owners in the upper southern region of Thailand.
Therefore, Kasetsart University established the Kasetsart University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Hua Hin on an area of approximately 102 rai near Suan Son Beach, generously supported by the Royal Thai Army. This facility marks the 4th animal hospital under the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University. Its primary mission is to provide academic and clinical services to the public in the upper southern region while supporting the teaching, learning, and research endeavors of the faculty. Furthermore, the hospital aims to become a leading center for the transfer and advancement of veterinary knowledge.
