Program Overview

Our Ph.D. program is dedicated to producing doctoral graduates with profound expertise in Science and Innovation for Animal Health. By bridging various scientific disciplines with public health, we empower our students to improve the quality of life for both humans and animals. Graduates are trained to be high-potential researchers with advanced skills in animal health technology and a strong foundation in professional ethics.

Program Objectives

1. Technological Leadership: To produce doctoral graduates with comprehensive expertise capable of selecting and applying advanced technologies to create groundbreaking innovations in animal health.
2. Research & Technology Transfer: To develop researchers with high potential in both theoretical and practical dimensions, capable of transferring science and technology to veterinarians and researchers worldwide to enhance human well-being.
3. Asian Regional Impact: To offer an international curriculum that serves the Asian region by leveraging Kasetsart University’s strong academic and research networks with leading global institutions.

Admission Requirements

Plans 1.1 and 2.1 (For Master's Degree Holders)

• Education: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Animal Health Science or a related field.
• Research Experience: Applicants must have published research or certified work in related fields.
• Language Proficiency: English test scores must meet the criteria established by Kasetsart University.

Plans 1.2 and 2.2 (For Bachelor's Degree Holders)

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Animal Health Science or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
• Language Proficiency: English test scores must meet the criteria established by Kasetsart University.

General Qualifications

• Must possess good conduct and have no record of serious misconduct.
• Must not have any mental health conditions or infectious diseases that impede the course of study.
• Must not have been previously dismissed from any educational institution due to disciplinary action.
