Student Voice: Student Feedback and Suggestion System

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University, operates the Student Voice system so that students can share their opinions, make suggestions, or report problems encountered during their studies, campus life, and participation in Faculty activities.

The system gives every student the opportunity to express themselves constructively — whether positive feedback for further development or issues that need to be resolved. Input from students is reviewed and acted upon appropriately within the Faculty.

Topics you can comment on include

  • Teaching and learning
  • Assessment and evaluation
  • The curriculum and operations related to AVBC standards
  • Environment, buildings, facilities, equipment, classrooms, restrooms
  • Student activities and the learning atmosphere
  • Ideas and suggestions for further development of the Faculty

How to use

Students can submit feedback through the Student Voice application, either under their own name or anonymously, so that views can be shared openly and safely. In addition, a suggestion box for AVBC-specific matters is available in front of the classrooms, so that feedback channels cover both digital and offline options.

Hands to Hearts: Mental Well-being Counseling Program

During university life, it is not unusual for students to feel stressed, anxious, lonely, or troubled by many things — studies, relationships, or everyday pressures. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kasetsart University, has therefore established the Hands to Hearts program as a safe space where students can talk, seek advice, and receive care for their mental well-being from counselors who are ready to understand them.

We believe that mental strength is the foundation of good learning. The Faculty does not overlook students’ mental well-being and has created this platform to care for students. This platform exists to

  • Give students the opportunity to talk with someone who is ready to listen
  • Provide counseling on any matter, according to each student’s needs
  • Support students in building strong and stable mental well-being
  • Offer a private, safe, and 100% confidential space

Service formats

  • Onsite: Counseling room, 5th floor, six-storey Lecture and Laboratory Building (next to the library), Bang Khen Campus
  • Online: Schedule a session from anywhere
  • Completely free of charge

Examples of topics students can seek counseling for

  • Stress, sadness, anxiety
  • Study problems or difficulties adjusting
  • Relationships with family, friends, or people around you
  • Feelings of loneliness, exhaustion, or burnout
  • Or simply needing someone who is truly “ready to listen”
  • Questions about your own mental well-being
